Choose Your Setup

Every pump stand starts with the right configuration. Tell us your pump count and duty requirement and we'll engineer the rest.

S1
Single
Single Pump Stand
One pump, one motor, base plate, and drain rim. The straightforward pedestal solution for simple pump applications.
S3
3–4 Pump
Multi-Pump Skid
Manifolded common suction and discharge headers with custom duty/standby configuration for 3 or 4 pumps.
S4
5+ Pump
Large Pump Station
Five or more pumps on an engineered manifold and base frame. Large-scale pump station design and fabrication.

From Basic Starters to Full SCADA

Choose the controls level that fits your application — from simple field wiring to a fully automated, remotely monitored pump station.

Code
Level
What's Included
Complexity
C0
No Controls
Field Wiring Only
Motors wired to terminal block — no panel, no starters, no VFDs.
All controls and power switching are provided by others in the field. Typical when an existing MCC or customer panel will handle pump operation.
Basic
C1
Motor Starters
+ HOA Switches
Local panel with a magnetic motor starter and Hand-Off-Auto switch per pump.
Hand runs the pump manually; Auto enables start from an external signal (float, level switch, or remote). No VFD — pumps operate at fixed line speed.
Basic
C2
VFDs
+ Auto Alternation
VFD on each pump commanded by a dedicated pump controller reading a 4–20 mA level signal.
Controller sends analog speed commands to the active VFD and automatically alternates duty/standby pumps at programmed level setpoints, balancing runtime across all pumps. HOA switches included for manual override.
Intermediate
C3
Level-Based
Pump Control
All C2 features plus fully automatic level-based start/stop using a continuous level transmitter.
Pumps auto-start on high-level setpoint and stop on low-level setpoint. Includes dry-run low-level lockout to protect pumps and a high-level alarm relay for notification. No PLC required.
Advanced
C4
Full Automation
+ SCADA Ready
All C3 features plus remote I/O, per-pump runtime tracking, and network communications for SCADA or BMS integration.
Includes remote start/stop dry-contact inputs, run status and fault alarm outputs, per-pump runtime hour counters for maintenance scheduling, and Modbus RTU or Ethernet TCP/IP for connection to plant SCADA, DCS, or BMS.
SCADA Ready
