Select whether this is a new DAF+ system or a retrofit — adding aphron microbubble technology to an existing Tenco Hydro DAF installation.
Select the DAF tank configuration. Rectangular hopper bottom tanks optimize sludge collection and dewatering. Flat bottom tanks suit lower-solids applications. For retrofits, enter the existing tank model as a reference.
Select holding tank heating type and volume. DWTH with appropriate sizing is recommended for most DAF+ applications.
Select tank and mechanism material. 304SS is the recommended standard for most DAF+ applications. 316SS is preferred for coastal/chloride environments or aggressive influent chemistry. Note: injection manifold material follows this selection automatically.
Select skimmer flight chain material. 304RC stainless roller chain is the recommended standard for DAF+ service.
Select the flash/flocculation reaction tank. Standard HRT is 2.5–5 minutes. Select NN if no reaction tank is required.
For DAF+, the pressurization system is sized at 35% of total influent GPM — reduced from the standard 50% due to aphron bubble augmentation. Use the calculator below to find the correct tier.
C3 is the minimum required for all DAF+ configurations. C3 provides the PLC I/O and analog outputs for aphron generator flow-pacing. C0, C1, and C2 are not available for DAF+.
The AG module defines the DAF+ aphron generator. Generator GPM matches the pressurization system tier. All three fields are required: size, injection configuration, and manifold material (auto-set from Step 3).
Select any options and accessories. Multiple selections allowed. Items will be appended to your part number.
Use the configurator to generate a part number, then describe your application below. Not sure what you need? Tell us your flow rate, wastewater type, and treatment goals — we'll recommend the right DAF+ system.
