What We Build
Every assembly is pre-fabricated to your P&ID or process sketch, pressure-tested, and labeled before it ships. Choose from standard packages or go fully custom.
IM1
Inlet Manifold — Flow Monitoring
Clamp-on ultrasonic or mag meter on inlet line. Continuous flow measurement. Compatible with C0–C6 controls.
IM2
Inlet Manifold — Flow + Manual Isolation
IM1 plus manual shutoff valve — butterfly valve ≤300 GPM, plug valve above 300 GPM. Maintenance isolation built in.
IM3
Inlet Manifold — Flow + Auto Isolation
IM1 plus automated butterfly valve for automatic shutoff on interlocks or alarms. Remote-operable.
IM4A
Flow + Auto Isolation + Bypass
Automated shutoff with a dedicated bypass line to maintain upstream flow during maintenance.
IM4B
Flow + Divert to Existing Bypass
IM1 plus automated diverter valve to an existing bypass line. Integrates with installed infrastructure.
IM5
Modulating Flow Control
Modulating pinch valve with isolation plug valves on both sides and bypass line. Full modulation and service access.
RCY
Recycle / Pressurization Package
Complete pressurization skid piping: suction to pump, pump to tank, tank to back-pressure valve, valve to DAF inlet tee. All fittings, gauges, and unions.
SLG
Sludge / Scum Transfer Piping
Sludge or scum line from DAF or scum concentrator to transfer pump and discharge. Flanged connections, isolation valve, check valve.
EFF
Effluent Discharge Piping
Clarified effluent from DAF or clarifier; launder to effluent line with modulating or fixed control valve.
CHEM
Chemical Injection Manifold
Multi-point injection manifold for polymer, coagulant, acid, and caustic. Injection quills, isolation valves, and check valves on every port.
SAMPLE
Sampling Station Manifold
Multi-port sampling at influent, effluent, and float sludge. Manual needle valves and quick-connect fittings on each port.
BYPASS
Bypass / Divert Assembly
Manual or automated process bypass piping to divert flow around unit process equipment.

Standard for chemical and water service. Excellent corrosion resistance and low cost. Threaded or solvent-welded fittings.

Elevated-temperature chemical service. Same corrosion resistance as PVC but rated for hotter process streams.

Inline electromagnetic flow meter for highly accurate measurement of conductive fluids. 4–20 mA output.

Pressure Gauges
Suction and/or discharge pressure gauges on assembly connections. Glycerin-filled for vibration service.
