Sprocket Material
- UHMW: Most common, corrosion-resistant
- 304 SS: Higher strength and wear resistance
- 316 SS: Better protection against chlorides and harsh chemicals
Chain Type
- NH-78: Polymeric chain, corrosion-resistant
- NCS-720: Polymeric composite chain

Hub Material

Hub Style

Keyway
Bore includes a machined slot to lock the sprocket to the shaft with a key
Set Screw
A screw installed in the sprocket hub that tightens against the shaft to help prevent movement or slipping.
