Sprocket Material

  • UHMW: Most common, corrosion-resistant
  • 304 SS: Higher strength and wear resistance
  • 316 SS: Better protection against chlorides and harsh chemicals

Chain Type

  • NH-78: Polymeric chain, corrosion-resistant 
  • NCS-720: Polymeric composite chain
  • 6″ Pitch Roller Chain: Heavy-duty, long-lasting steel/SS chain 

Hub Material

Hub Style

  • A Hub (Flat): No hub extension – when space is limited

Keyway

Bore includes a machined slot to lock the sprocket to the shaft with a key

Set Screw

A screw installed in the sprocket hub that tightens against the shaft to help prevent movement or slipping.
